All eyes on Setia EcoHill 2 with its Attractive Financial Scheme and Proven Eco Concept

SEMENYIH – A crowd of 500 people visited Setia EcoHill Welcome Centre over the weekend to be the first few to select the best desired unit at Setia EcoHill 2’s maiden launch over the weekend. The morning of the launch witnessed a throng of crowd filling in sales gallery with numerous enquiries amd visits to the show units. Setia EcoHill 2 is S P Setia’s latest township development in the Kajang-Semenyih region following the success of Setia EcoHill.

Four products from Phase 1, Alexus, Banyas, Clarus and Everna were introduced to the public today. Alexus, Banyas and Clarus are double storey terrace houses while Everna features linked semi-detached units. Enquiries were pouring in for both the double storey terraces and linked semi-detached houses with bookings from the public moving swiftly.

“Over 70% of the cluster semi-detached is taken up over the weekend and we are seeing more potential buyers coming in this morning. We believe interested buyers should take up this opportunity to own a unit at one of our eco townships especially now with the Setia 10:90 package easing their financial planning. With prices from Setia EcoHill having appreciated significantly, this would be a good investment opportunity,” said Koh Sooi Meng, Deputy General Manager of Setia EcoHill.

One major factor that draws the attention of potential buyers is the Setia 10:90 package that was launched in April 2016. Many took the opportunity to own their first property with this scheme as it allows property buyers to only pay 10% initial down-payment and the remaining 90% to be paid up only when the property is completed. This provides ample time for new homeowners to plan their finances while locking in the price today.

First time homebuyer, Raymond Chee shared, “I learned about the Setia 10:90 scheme from my fiancée and we decided to check it out. It turned out to be the best deal for the both of us.” The 28-year-old accountant from Cheras, who will be getting married next year, chose the 22’ x 70’ Clarus 1 as his property of choice.

The opening day also witnessed a big group of buyers coming from Puchong, Cheras, Kajang, Serdang and Kuala Lumpur city. When asked, most of the purchasers mentioned that Setia EcoHill 2 will be for owners-occupy. There were also parents who purchased a unit for their children as the package plus the surrounding environment is very attractive.
