JOHOR BARU: Early bird buyers of ARC at Austin Hills, a service apartment development, will enjoy a 5% discount and subsidised legal fees from the developer.
The service apartments are being sold from RM237,000 each for a two-bedroom unit.
Andaman Group managing director Datuk Seri Dr Vincent Tiew said the units were being offered at the same market price as Mount Austin projects from early 2010 and 2011.
