SEREMBAN: The healthy demand for properties in Seremban continues to grow as IJM Land launches Arena in Seremban 2, following a strong response for their commercial development, IKON @ Centrio.
Homebuyers are moving further from the city centre as urbanisation increases, and developers turn their attention to cities like Negeri Sembilan's captial Seremban for relatively cheaper parcels of land that hold potential.
Arena, estimated to be completed in October 2024, targets growing families. Utilising an open plan layout, the development comprises 96 units of two-storey link homes with a built-up area ranging from 2,381 to 2,733 sq ft.

Arena is a simple but decisive solution to such a complex problem,” IJM Land central region senior general manager Datuk Hoo Kim See said.
“Even during the designing and planning stage, we already envisioned Arena as more than just a residential development, but a complete and elaborate ecosystem made to raise and nourish families, big or small,” he added.
The township has easy access to the North-South Highway, North-South expressway central link (Elite), Kajang-Seremban highway (Lekas) and links to KLIA and KLIA 2. Arena has a gross development value of RM78mil.
