DEVELOPED by Ekovest Bhd, KL River city complements the “GREAT” river system that transforms the northern river corridor, and stands as a focal point of the River of Life (RoL) urban rejuvenation project.
It is the pilot project that stretches along 2.2 km of the Gombak River from the Puah Pond to Pekeliling, and a part of a greater connected network of 10.7km which ends at Mid Valley in the south.
Blessed with its strategic location, KL River City offers exciting developments that include EkoRiverCentre, EkoTitiwangsa, EkoGateway, EkoQuay, EkoAvenue and EkoSetapak.
Serving as the hub of KL River City, EkoRiver Centre is the iconic 69-storey Ekovest Tower and lifestyle retail mall, which will be complemented by vibrant waterfront activities alongside the rejuvenated Gombak River.
It will also be linked closely to EkoTitiwangsa, which offers three blocks of serviced apartments that will come with commercial retail.
Just a stone’s throw away from downtown Kuala Lumpur is EkoAvenue, with two blocks of 34-storey serviced apartments.
Those with a desire to experience riverfront living will have their dream realised in EkoQuay, a 51-storey serviced apartments with commercial retail overlooking the Gombak River. True to Ekovest’s aspiration to preserve local and natural heritage, there will also be a conservation of four units of two-storey shophouses. These will be refurbished into F&B outlets cum historical gallery.
All these developments are accessible from Duke highway, Ekovest’s pet project that greatly improves the connectivity of Northern KL, including EkoGateway, a 14.5-acre mixed development comprising lifestyle mall serviced apartments, office and hotel.
Situated within a matured neighbourhood, KL River City is able to offer comprehensive lifestyle and tourist amenities. The land and water connectivityconverge to make an even more impressive focal hub out of the development, which also include Jalan Pahang, the upcoming MRT2 line and existing LRT, bus services and water taxis.
Pedestrian and cyclist can travel from Tasik Titiwangsa to EkoRiver Centre’s river front walk via a dedicated underpass.
The expansive greenscape and waterscape blends with the heritage trail along the river, providing residents of KL River City the chance to indulge in outdoor activities amidst urban setting.
