Hot on the heels of the StarProperty.my Jewels of Johor Awards, the Star Media Group’s online property platform will showcase some of the best developments with its latest instalment of the StarProperty.my Fair from Oct 16 to 21.
It is targeting those looking to buy their dream home in Johor, both first-timers and upgraders.
The fair will take place simultaneously in two shopping centres in Johor Baru – Aeon Mall Tebrau City and Aeon Mall Bukit Indah.
Throughout the six-day fair, around 10 award winners will be featured to visitors attending the exhibition.
Aeon Mall Bukit Indah will feature award recipients such as Horizon Hills development Sdn Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, United Malayan (UM) Land Bhd as well as non-winners such as Tropicana Danga Bay Sdn Bhd.
Aeon Mall Tebrau City will feature Mah Sing Group Bhd, Sunway Bhd, and UM Land Bhd, that were award recipients in Jewels of Johor Awards. Completing the list of participating developers are Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd, Setia Indah Sdn Bhd and Tropicana Danga Cove Sdn Bhd.
Some of the activities in store include a homebuyer lucky draw contest in which visitors stand a chance to win vouchers worth RM10,000 when they purchase their dream home.
Visitors to the fair can try their hand at playing a crane game machine to win plush toys.
To enhance value and also to give a different view on the properties showcased during the fair, StarProperty.my will also be holding a month-long virtual fair after the two fairs.
The virtual fair will enable visitors to experience an immersive, 360-degree tour featuring some of the developments from the reputable developers showcased during the expo.
