SHAH ALAM: Property buyers flocked to i-City to visit the StarProperty.my Fair 2016, i-City Edition, which showcased properties developed by I-Bhd since its sales gallery revamp.
The high traffic seen at the fair indicated that property buyers were still on the look-out for unique deals as well as properties priced within the range of RM500,000.
Star Media Group Berhad group managing director and CEO Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai toured the gallery, paying close attention to some of the offerings by I-Bhd.
Some of the unique interior designs featured concepts seen in cities such as London and Paris.
A resource manager, known as Cheng, noted that the properties offered within i-City township development were interesting as they all held MSC-status.
He bought a property at the event, a studio unit measuring 466sq ft within the Liberty Tower.
“I managed to do so while my family was having a good time at the i-City water theme park,” he said.
Another participant came all the way from Kuantan to check out the event as a series of property talks have been taking place throughout the fair.
Smart Financing chief executive officer Gary Chua will speak on “Top Three Strategies on How to Secure your Home Financing from Banks” today.
Another topic is “Choosing the Right Property to Enrich your Life” by Malaysian Institute of Geomancy Sciences president Prof Joe Choo.
The event also offers the All-Day Happy Flea Market, food trucks, a treasure hunt and live band performances. The first 500 registered visitors stand a chance to redeem one WaterWorld and one City of Digital Light theme park ticket each.
Purchasers of Hyde Tower, Parisien Tower and Liberty Tower stand a chance to win return air tickets to London, Paris and New York respectively.
I-Bhd’s global partners also include Henry Butcher Retail Malaysia, Al-Rajhi Banking Group, Rozel, DoubleTree by Hilton and Best Western.
