PETALING JAYA: Following the success of Shorea Park phase 1, OSK Property launched phase 2 ANYA, which has an estimated gross development value of RM389mil, over the weekend.
Located in Puchong, the 3.9 acres freehold development comprises 750 units of serviced apartments in two 33-storey towers. The entire Shorea Park is a masterplan development that totals 27.7 acres.

Type C shares the same features as Type B and is 1,195 sq ft. Finally, Type D is a 1,395 sq ft, dual-key unit with four bedrooms, three baths and three parking bays.
