PETALING JAYA: Seri Pajam Development has launched Nada Embun, a landed property development offering single- and double-storey homes in the highly sought-after location at Seremban 2 South.

The freehold development is spread across 238 acres and comprises, in the first phase, 271 units of single-storey homes, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sizes ranging from 1,199 sq ft. For Phase 2, there are 129 units of two-storey terrace homes with smart technology on lots measuring 20 ft x 60 ft each.

All units have fully extended porches and backyards, minimising the need for additional renovations. The homes are equipped with full-height wall tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms and fully tiled car porches, ensuring easy maintenance and cleanliness. The double-storey homes offer the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom in each room for the added convenience of residents.

Further elevating comfort and convenience, the double-storey units are integrated with a smart home system. This system includes an intelligent doorbell, digital lock, motion sensors, CCTV, smart lighting and voice control for selected home appliances. Sustainability is ingrained in every aspect, with waste sorting compartments, solar garden lights, rainwater harvesting systems and a dedicated bicycle lane, promoting environmentally conscious living.

Seri Pajam Development directors Wong Chow Han and Zainal Abidin Abdullah, group chairman Datuk Ten Ah Man, chairman Datuk Noordin Mohd Yatib, chief operating officer Ten Wee Seong, chief financial controller Tey Soo Leng and director Ten Fui Jean join hands to show their unity after the launch of Nada Embun.

Safety is emphasised with a multi-tier security system featuring access control at the guardhouse, 24-hour security patrols and perimeter fencing.

The outdoor recreational spaces at Nada Embun include family-dedicated streets, a picnic turf, jogging track, children's playground, a spacious multi-function pavilion and multiple concept parks and green spaces within the neighbourhood. All in all, residents will have access to eight concept parks, one recreational park and ten acres of dedicated green spaces.

The project’s prime location near commercial areas ensures easy access to banks, restaurants and shopping centres such as AEON Seremban 2, Palm Mall and MyDin Mall. The surrounding area boasts over 20 schools, including nurseries, private learning centres, international schools, universities, hospitals and other necessary services. The development is conveniently connected to major cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Puchong and Bangi, with a drive of 30-50 minutes.

It is also situated within the Malaysian Vision Valley which is poised for long-term growth, bringing in more population, upgrades of roads and creating more job opportunities. For more information, call 1700 81 5925.
