PUCHONG: Property developer Masteron Group has launched KR7 Residences, its latest serviced apartment project in Taman Mas Puchong, marking the 7th iconic Koi series, following the success of its past iterations namely Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima and Koi Suites. 

With a gross development value of RM208mil, KR7 Residences is designed to be a fully self-contained, low-density development with a total of 484 units spread across two blocks, with just eight to 10 units on each floor featuring two and three-bedroom layouts.
