KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd (Mah Sing) has once again the StarProperty All-Stars Award for the fifth time at the recent StarProperty Awards 2022, along with the Best Starter Home Award (Honours) and the Most Heart Warming CSR Initiative Award.

“We are proud to be recognised by StarProperty as one of the top-ranked developers in the country for the fifth time. This is a testament that we are on the right track by designing fit-for-purpose quality product options in prime locations with easy access to amenities, good connectivity and ready infrastructures that fit homebuyers’ needs and meet market demand,” Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said.

Mah Sing’s achievements with the Most Heart Warming CSR Initiative Award came from its strategic partnerships with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and other local bodies, alongside the foundation which funds initiatives in line with education, health and wellbeing and family and community.

“We are honoured to receive the Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiative Award which recognises the company’s CSR initiatives and contributions to community services. This encourages us to continue our efforts in helping the underprivileged and giving back to society. Since 2005, Mah Sing Foundation has disbursed more than RM24.7 million and impacted more than 297,000 individuals through various initiatives and programmes,” Ho said.

Mah Sing will continue to improve its environmental, social and governance compliance, with upcoming launches in the second half of 2022 to include M Astra in Setapak, M Panora in Rawang, remaining phases for Ferringhi Residences in Penang and double-storey link homes in Meridin East, Johor Bahru.

Minister of housing and local government Datuk Sri Reezal Merican Naina Merican was also at the award ceremony.
