SELANGOR: Following M Senyum’s successful launch in the first quarter of 2022, Mah Sing Group Bhd has announced that 139 units of Phase 3 Rosalia to be available for registrations of interest.
Located in Salak Tinggi, M Senyum is part of Mah Sing’s affordable M series. The development comprises 1,176 landed residential units.
“We are aware that the market is demanding affordably priced landed residential development in Klang Valley, and we will continue to scout for suitable lands for affordable M Series residential development to replicate the success of our M Series,” Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said.
He noted that it was time for the government to announce the i-Miliki initiative, which would exempt home buyers from paying stamp duty on the instrument of transfer and loan agreement.
Under i-Miliki, any property priced at RM500,000 and below would be entitled to a 100% exemption, while those priced between RM500,000 and RM1mil would be entitled to a 50% exemption.
He pointed out that the combination of i-Miliki and Mah Sing’s own Home campaign would make the homeownership journey easier for home buyers.
“We are confident in this product. True enough, the high take-up rates of Camellia and Camellia 2 have shown us that this is what the market needs, and we are confident that M Senyum will continue to perform well. We are opening up Phase 3 which comprises a total of 139 units for registration of interest, due to the encouraging demand for our M Senyum double-storey terrace homes,” Mah Sing property subsidiaries chief executive officer Benjamin Ong Chin Yee said.
