PETALING JAYA: CB Land Sdn Bhd(CB Land), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crest Builder Holdings Bhd, recently concluded its “Two-Riffic Bonanza” lucky draw campaign with a shower of gifts, including a Honda Jazz.
The Two-Riffic Bonanza campaign, which took place at The Greens@Subang West sales gallery, was held as a token of appreciation from Crest Builder to the buyers for their support.
The Greens is a freehold residential condominium comprising 646 units of residential units on 7 acres of land bordering Shah Alam and Subang Jaya.
With a total gross development value (GDV) of RM400mil, the residential development comes with eight different types of layouts, including three bedrooms, terrace units and penthouses with built-ups ranging from 915 to 1,830 sq ft.
