PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd (LBS) has secured yet another title in the Malaysia Book of Records with the Most Indoor Show House Units in its sales galleries. The LBS sales galleries in the picture are the KITA @ Cybersouth and LBS Alam Perdana with a total cost value of RM14.8mil and RM16.4mil respectively.

The KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery, with a total built-up area of 34,783 sq ft, alone managed to house eight different show houses all under one roof, including units from KITA Mekar, KITA Ria, Idaman BSP and KITA Sejati. LBS Alam Perdana, with a total built-up area of 18,273 sq ft, hosted five show houses within one sales gallery, including units from Ritma Perdana, Melodi Perdana and Idaman Perdana.

This certificate presentation ceremony was held at the KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery and witnessed by Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican, Malaysia Book of Records chief operating officer Christopher Wong and LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San.

“Housing various types of show house units under one sales gallery has always been a customer-centric decision. House-hunting can be a very tiring process for homebuyers, even more so when one is keen to view different projects. Being the People’s Developer, our aim is to focus not just on the products we build but the service that we provide as well, that includes before and after purchasing a home with us and with that, the idea to house a wide range of show houses under one roof is born,” said Lim.

“This also allows potential homebuyers to view different projects at any given time, be it rain or shine. LBS will continue this footstep in future sales galleries as it helps us work towards our goal of both efficiency and sustainability.

"That said, we hope to continue building spaces where communities can see the values we strive to create, flourish and hold pride in calling these spaces, home,” he added.

LBS’s first Malaysia Book of Records entry was for its BSP21 project which bagged the award for Most Number of Facilities in a Residential Development in Malaysia with a total of 103 facilities. To find out more about LBS's properties, visit lbs.com.my.
