PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd’s latest offering at Nilai Impian township has been fully taken up during its recent preview. The project, Emilia 1 and 2, comprise 74 units of double-storey linked homes with a gross development value of RM37mil.
The fully virtual preview was conducted via the developer’s Online Booking System, which is equipped with a dedicated consultation team and allows homebuyers to view, register, make a selection and complete the payments online.
Furthermore, Sime Darby Property has partnered with Ambank Group to provide house buyers with a simplified loan application journey.
With built-up areas ranging from 1,781 sq ft to 2,090 sq ft and a land area of 20 ft by 65 ft, Emilia 1 and 2 cater to first-time homebuyers and young families in Nilai, Seremban and Southern Klang Valley. Amenities available to residents include a 0.9-acre neighbourhood park, schools, universities and colleges.
The open-plan layout features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, ample kitchen space and an upper-floor room with a study area. Emilia 1 and 2 are accessible via the Plus Interchange 215 and are well-connected via the Elite and Lekas Highways as well as the future Nilai-Labu-Enstek Road.
