LOOKING for an affordable home that promises modern living in a community with a diverse mix of low-density urban enterprises and state-of-the-art commercial developments and amenities?
Property developer and contractor Kenwingston Seven Up Sdn Bhd is launching the last segment of Kenwingston Square Garden’s residential component Tower A1 this Saturday at Kenwingston Square Garden, Wangsa Maju.
Priced from RM296,000 to RM485,000, the Small Office Home Office (SOHO) units will come fully-furnished in four spaciously-designed layouts ranging from 450sq ft to 815sq ft, and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2019.
Kenwingston Sdn Bhd group managing director Datuk Lovis Lam Kong Tang said the residential tower was targeted at first-time homebuyers, families and investors.
“We had an overwhelming response from the public during the soft launch of Tower B1 and B2 in July, and the official launch of Tower A1 last month.
“Within three months, 456 units of Tower B were sold out while 60% of the units in Tower A1 have already been taken up.
“Although the property market is currently on the soft side, I believe we owe our success to the affordability of the product and the awareness of the sustainability of the location.

“Unlike other developers, we are the main contractor for this project, so we can afford to sell it below market price. It is also our aim to give our customers the best price for a comfortable home,” Lam said, adding he was confident the towers would be completed ahead of schedule.
Strategically located within the thriving heart of Cyberjaya, the residential blocks are facing either North or South, offering residents a scenic view of the city or the hilly terrain.
Besides that, the residential blocks also come with a total of 1,661 parking bays for residents and visitors in a gated-and-guarded area with a 24-hour five-tier security system.
The towers will share indoor and outdoor facilities such as a multipurpose hall, a dining pavilion, a business lounge, a sauna/spa room, a jogging track, a miniature golf course, a flower and water garden, an infinity pool, a sky garden, a playground and gyms.
Other nearby amenities include the D’Pulze Shopping Mall, Putrajaya Hospital, Putrajaya Sentral station, the upcoming MRT station and education institutions including Multimedia University Cyberjaya Campus, Limkokwing University, SK and SMK Cyberjaya and Cyberjaya International School.
Building on a 2.77ha freehold land with a total gross development value of RM500mil, Kenwingston Square Garden also highlights a business centre, encompassing 208 units of offices and 28 units of retail shop units, which have also been sold out.
Visitors are invited to the launch of Tower A1 to check out the residential show unit and enjoy the fun family activities lined up such as face painting, lucky draws and a variety of food from food trucks.
