ASIA Green Group is set to launch its QuayWest Residence soon, and now is the last chance for interested parties to purchase units at the early bird price.
Those who have been eyeing the project in Bayan Mutiara, Penang, should act fast as the price is set to be increased upon the official unveiling early next year.
And one can do so during the StarProperty.my Fair 2016 in Queensbay Mall from Thursday to Sunday, where the developer will also be offering special packages, subject to terms and conditions.
The group’s creative director Tan Li Mei said those who purchase QuayWest units or their other development The Clovers would net themselves a brand new iPhone 7.
Tan said the QuayWest Residence would have a pair of 24-storey towers with stylish freehold condominiums located a short distance away from Queensbay Mall.
Various layouts are available and cater to different needs, ranging from a cosy two-bedroom unit, to a larger duplex. Some even come with a dual-key concept.
“The residences are served by two private lifts that whisk inhabitants discreetly from the lavish lobby, right to their doorsteps. A card entry system with CCTV provides an extra layer of security,” added Tan.
The wide range of resort-style facilities include a sky pool with infinity edge where residents can take up panoramic vistas of the shoreline and Pulau Jerejak.
Also included is a lounge, gymnasium, children’s pool, lazy pool with volcano whirlpool tub, pool deck with lounge, children’s play area, sky whirlpool tub, private gardens, woodland shrubs and sky view deck.
Groundbreaking for the development was done in February this year, and work is progressing well and on track for completion in early 2020.
Limited units are still available for The Clovers, which has three towers of 42 storeys, sized from 1,598sq ft onwards.
Now is the last chance to purchase before prices are adjusted upon the project’s completion early next year.
The development in Sungai Ara is inspired by the leaf revered as a symbol of good luck in many cultures around the world, and its facilities are bound to leave one ‘in clover’.
They include a floating gym that overlooks three large swimming pools below, Jacuzzi, children’s pool and playground, barbecue area as well as dance, game and entertainment rooms.
Equally impressive is the massive green wall feature, designer landscapes and a 14,000sq ft Jungle Trek that eco-minded residents will surely love. There are also a pair of private lifts that afford residents direct access to their homes.
Prices for both projects average around RM700,000. This translates to a rate of around RM450psf for The Clovers, and RM600psf for QuayWest.
The Clovers also has affordable units targeted at first-time homeowners that go for between RM200,000 and RM500,000.
