The top three winners for both the Yoga and Fitness Challenge alongside sponsors, bringing home with them cash vouchers and trophies.

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer KL Wellness City Sdn Bhd has organised its first Fitness Fiesta 2022, spanning two days, to empower the surrounding communities towards healthy living. 

The event was located at the KL Wellness City Gallery, Bukit Jalil, with both physical and therapeutic wellness activities and workshops. 

“Research data have shown that Malaysians have placed greater emphasis on their health and wellness ever since the pandemic, where two in every five Malaysians have started exercising more often during the period. 

“As a pioneer in developing a comprehensive ecosystem embodying healthcare and wellness living, we are very encouraged to see so many from all walks of life from our community embracing a healthier lifestyle by participating in Fitness Fiesta,” KL Wellness City managing director Datuk Colin Lee said.

Participants could take part in the Yoga and Fitness Challenge, with the top three winners receiving cash vouchers worth RM 1,830 alongside trophies. 

The first prize in Yoga Challenge was awarded to Teresa, while Stephen and Goh Yin Yee were crowned the Fitness Challenge Male and Female winners respectively after completing seven workout movements and routines. 

In addition to Fitness Fiesta, the KLWC Ironman Triathlon team comprising KL Wellness City branding, sales and marketing executive director Datuk Sri Vincent Tiew and corporate representative Dr Victor Chen represented Malaysia in the GWM Ironman Western Australia held over the weekend. 

The KLWC Ironman Triathlon team was sponsored by Vanilla Mille Crepe Kitchen Sdn Bhd and KL Wellness City. They completed the triathlon challenge involving a 3.8km swim, 180km ride and 42.2km run.
