KUALA LUMPUR: Jesselton Properties Sdn Bhd has announced the appointment of Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd (KFPM), a leading property management company with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial properties, as the exclusive property manager for Jesselton Twin Towers, an iconic residential development located at Damai, Kota Kinabalu.
Jesselton Twin Towers is also the tallest building being built in Borneo, target to be completed by the end of this year. This partnership marks a significant milestone in their commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences to our valued residents.

Centricity Unit Management Services, offered by KFPM, is an integrated home management solution tailored to meet the unique needs of Jesselton Twin Towers residents. Based on a subscription basis, the centricity services allow residents to delegate various home-related tasks to KFPM from the comfort of their own homes, freeing their precious time and hence elevating their overall quality of life.
KFPM offers three distinct subscription packages with a fee – Gold, Silver and Bronze. Each package caters to different needs and preferences, allowing residents to choose the level of service that best suits their lifestyle.
The packages include unit maintenance services, for instance, biweekly house cleaning sessions, handyman works like electrical, plumbing & repairing works and pest control services. Moreover, residents can also book services like airport transfer, limousine/MPV services, restaurant reservation, florist/cake delivery and house-moving service via the concierge located at the main lobby of each tower.
The centricity services will be available to residents upon the completion of Jesselton Twin Towers based on the chosen package. This offering further exemplifies our dedication to providing top-quality services and amenities to our valued residents.
