PETALING JAYA: Global real estate agency IQI Global is partnering with Common Ground Works Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s largest leading co-working space, to market the communal workspaces.

The signing ceremony between IQI Global group CEO Kashif Ansari and Common Ground Work Sdn Bhd head of operations Ru Sow took place in Common Ground, TTDI yesterday.

“At IQI, our philosophy is to go beyond real estate. We are continuously branching out into new frontiers, and this is one of our many new ventures.

“2018 was an amazing year for partnerships and innovations for IQI, and for us, this latest partnership is a great way to start the New Year. We look forward to working with Common Ground together,” said Ansari.  

Through this agreement, IQI’s agents will be bringing new potential clients to use the various co-working spaces, services and amenities provided by Common Ground.

Common Ground opened their first outlet in Damansara Height back in March 2017, and now, they have 11 outlets in Malaysia and two in Philippines. They are also planning to open in Bangkok and Jakarta, with the hope to more than double the numbers in all four countries this year, shared Sow.
