JOHOR BAHRU: IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOIPG) has launched its new IOI sales gallery and show village in Bandar Putra Kulai, Johor. Located within Bandar Putra Kulai, the gallery showcases the comprehensive integrated development which boasts a diverse array of amenities for golf, sports, shopping, education, dining, entertainment and healthcare.
The 9,200 sq ft gallery comes with over 200 car park lots, public restrooms, on-site F&B outlets and spots for food trucks. The show village houses 12 units including Arcela and the newly launched Sonatia, which offers single-storey semi-detached homes and double-storey park homes, respectively, and 6 F&B outlets which are open to the public. There is also an amphitheatre at the site.
IOIPG chief operating officer Lim Beng Yeang said that the new sales gallery reflects the group’s business innovation process to achieve better customer service by elevating customer experience through better service quality and customer engagement.
Bandar Putra Kulai is IOIPG’s 5,700-acre flagship development in the southern region which is home to 50,000 residents with about 14,956 units of residential, commercial shops and industrial factories.
To date, up to 2,500 acres have been developed. It comes complete with amenities such as a retail mall, an 18-hole golf resort, a central town park, both primary and secondary schools including many other public amenities. The development is conveniently accessible to the North-South Highway and Senai Desaru Expressway. The development is also 8 minutes away from the Senai Airport.
Among these amenities, IOI Mall Kulai has been the preferred shopping haven for the residents. It comes complete with a supermarket, speciality shops, a bookstore, fashion boutiques, restaurants and more.

Also present at the launch were IOIPG chief financial officer Melissa Tan Swee Peng, general manager (Kulai Precinct) Kelvin Tang Yong Teck and marketing and branding head of sales Nicole Lee Chee Yiing.
The group continues to demonstrate its commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives by ensuring that the new IOI Sales Galleria has received its Green Building Index (GBI) certification.
The sales gallery is partly powered by solar energy. Additionally, IOIPG transplanted 60 trees to the new Sales Gallery to further its environmental conservation efforts.
