PROPERTY developer Country Garden hails from China, and in the last 20 years, the company has helped in the urbanisation of more than 300 cities.
Its role in landscape modernisation as improved the quality of life in those cities.
The developer’s trademark is the creation of scenic views that boast outstanding garden surroundings as well as the best service in property management, buyers and investors feel safe and secure.
The company holds much importance to the architecture and management of its projects, ensuring that all products stand the test of time.
Based on its track record, the developer is keen to replicate its achievements in Malaysia, particularly in the southern region.
Forest City in Gelang Patah is one of Country Garden’s most popular developments.
Launched in December 2015, the mixed-use development of 30 sq km houses four reclaimed islands located within Iskandar.
This gateway connects Singapore and Malaysia and will be accessible via land and water.
Forest City is envisioned to be a smart and green futuristic city, as conceptualised by Sasaki with McKinsey and Deloitte as consultants on strategic positioning and financial advisory.
The unique selling point of Forest City lies in its cutting-edge planning and design which is visually distinct from other developments and townships inside Iskandar.
Once complete, Forest City will offer services such as retail, hospitality and investment. Eight hubs will be established inside the development for education, e-commerce, foreign investment, tourism, meetings, conference and exhibitions (MICE), financial services and even as a retirement destination.
Though Forest City is in the limelight, Country Garden actually kicked off its Malaysian ventures with Country Garden Danga Bay (CGDB).
CGDB takes the form of an international integrated waterfront development that was launched in the middle of 2013.
Located in Iskandar Flagship A of Johor Baru, CGDB is a freehold integrated mixed commercial, residential and leisure seafront project sprawled across 57 acres.
The development is along a prized coastal stretch about 7km from Johor Baru city centre and the Singapore-Johor Causeway.
CGDB offers a unique and vibrant waterfront lifestyle with 180-degree panoramic seaview and a 400-metre, white sand, manmade beach.
And also found here is a world-class shopping complex, an Esplanade Bar Street, a spacious clubhouse offering a built-up area of 70,000 sq ft, as well as a beautiful marina.
This April, Danga Bay introduced Central Park, a five-star highrise property intertwined with a natural green park.
Central Park focuses on the creation of social products and is designed with comfort at its core.
These offerings cover a wide range of unit types ranging from one to four bedrooms to meet the needs of different target markets, as well as various family configurations.
To the delight of potential buyers, each unit comes with a private balcony and 3.6m wide living room space that offers real comfort to the entire household.
Among the many facilities at this property are chess room, multi-function halls, reading rooms, an indoor playground, a jogging track, leisure corner, basketball court, and yoga lawn.
With multiple wins at the recently held StarProperty.my Awards 2017: Jewels of Johor Country Garden is poised to become one of the major players in the south of the peninsula.
