LAUNCHED in 2016, Eco Ardence is the latest township project in Shah Alam. This joint venture between Eco World and Cascara Sdn Bhd covers 534 acres and is positioned as a vibrant suburban eco-township with art, cultural and commercial elements.
Within three years of its launch, Eco Ardence has rolled out three residential phases: Aeres (2016), Dremien (2017) and Nara (2018 Q4) with a total of 999 units. The township is focused on the high-end market with housing types such as garden home, courtyard home, semi-D and bungalow priced from RM1.5mil.
Besides the residential segment, Eco Ardence released its first commercial component called Ardence Crest last year, featuring 160 units of two and three-storey shop lots. The bright spot of the township is the lakefront lifestyle hub of Ardence Labs, which was open to the public in April.
It is a pop-up market with boutique stores housed in metal shipping containers repurposed with urban industrial charm. Its colourful appearance has attracted hipster visitors, making Ardence Labs the newest insta-worthy spot in Shah Alam. Most of the retailers in Ardence Labs are F&B outlets, while other services include a pet hotel and edible garden.
