FOLLOWING the success of its previous phases, PPC-Glomac Sdn Bhd is rolling out its latest Phase 3C 24x75 terrace houses.
In an interview at the show unit in Aman Putri, Sungai Buloh, PPC-Glomac Sdn Bhd business development manager Jason Choong said: “Phase 3B is sold out, we are now launching the latest phase 3C, designed by award-winning architect Veritas Design Group, which has changed the landscape of Kuala Lumpur over the years.”
Phase 3C, which consists of 28 units, is the project’s last terrace housing. The expected handover is in 2018.
The new 24x75 villas are located in one of the best areas within Aman Putri and with one main access and exit point, it is secluded in its own private section of the development.
Choong said, in view of the current economic climate, they had decided to reduce the back section of the house. Prices start from RM730,000.
“I believe we offer the lowest price per square foot for housing in Sungai Buloh.
“We also have exclusive rebates for our homes and shops.”
Choong is proud that sales have had a very healthy take-up rate as all the launched phases have sold out.
“To-date, we have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of 600 residential terrace housing and more than 100 shops for the township, with keys handed over three months ago.”
He said the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system was one of the key selling points for purchasers.
Upon completion, it will connect Sungai Buloh to the city centre, Kota Damansara, 1 Utama, Bukit Damansara and Cheras.
“The MRT provides a significant capital appreciation. It is easy to get to the city centre,” he said.
For those who enjoy exercising outdoors, Aman Putri boasts of a 1.2km linear park, which is ideal for cycling and jogging. It is designed by award-winning landscape architect firm Malik Lip and Associates.
There will be other amenities including shops, a school and playgrounds that include a rubberised futsal court within the township.

Sungai Buloh has also seen a rise in the number of expatriates, thanks to the many number of international schools such as ELC International School, Sri KDU International School and IGB International School. There are also government schools minutes away from Aman Putri.
Also launched are the three-storey freehold shops at Dataran Putri, from RM1,488,000, measuring from 22x75 to 32x75. Its selling points are main road visibility and the nearby Sungai Buloh MRT station.
