SUNWAY Cassia nestled in a quiet corner of Batu Maung, Penang, is about 9ha (23 acres) big with lush landscapes and easy access to amenities.
It comprises 48 double-storey semi- detached homes which are currently under construction, and 133 completed three-storey stylish terrace homes.
The semi-detached homes, to be completed next year, are priced from RM1.66mil, and will be featured in the StarProperty.My Fair 2016 at Queensbay Mall from Oct 27 to 30.
The homes come in three configurations – Cydonia Classic, Cydonia Xtra and Cydonia Vista – and have built-up areas ranging from 3,196sq ft to 3,770sq ft. Land sizes are at a minimum of 35ft x 85ft, or 40ft x 75ft.

Those seeking property for immediate occupancy may consider the completed Adenia and Boronia terrace homes instead.
The Adenia homes have a built-up of 3,028sq ft while the Boronia units are 3,341sq ft. Land sizes are 20ft x 65ft and 20ft x 75ft respectively.
Each type has two master suites with walk-in wardrobes and balconies. The car porch accommodates two vehicles.
The homes also come with high ceilings, solar water heaters and home alarms.
Great features of the overall Sunway Cassia development are its six thematic gardens and parks.
Meanwhile, the strategic location puts residents within 2.5km of the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, 4km from the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge, 5km from the Penang International Airport, 12km from the Penang Bridge and 18km from George Town.
The developer is also showing the latest components of its RM800mil and 33.1ha (82-acre) Sunway Wellesley mixed development in Bukit Mertajam at the fair.
Currently available are limited units of Phase 2 which comprises three-storey townhouses and semi-detached homes priced from RM535,000 as well as three-storey shop offices that go from RM1.9mil.
The 154 townhouses are sized from 1,615sq ft to 1,636sq ft (lower level) and 1,572sq ft to 1,582sq ft (upper).
Meanwhile, the 60 semi-detached units each have built-up space of 2,919sq ft and land sized at 33ft x 80ft.
Both types have spacious and practical layouts along with fiber optic infrastructure. They have a gateless open concept design and are in a gated and guarded community.
Inside the enclave are lush green areas and there is also a resident’s clubhouse with ample recreational facilities.
The 11 shop offices are sized from 4,665sq ft to 4,842sq ft, and sit on plots measuring 22ft x 69ft or 22ft x 77ft.
Set for launch next is Phase 3A of Sunway Wellesley, comprising 10 double-storey shop offices with mezzanine floor. With plots of 20ft x 67ft, they have a built-up of 3,046sq ft.
These are strategically located at the gateway of the overall development which connects the current and future phases. Surrounding it are green pockets and ample parking spaces.
This new township is 0.5km to the Bukit Mertajam town centre, 6km to the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway, 7km to the North-South Highway and 9km to the Penang Bridge.
