AFTER enjoying positive response for the first two days of the StarProperty.my fair, the wide range of property offerings by more than 20 reputable developers is expected to attract a larger crowd over the weekend.
Organised by StarProperty.my in collaboration with its premium partners IJM Land and Ekovest Bhd, the fair is ongoing until Oct 16.
Premium partner IJM Land will be showcasing three of its flagship projects at the fair -- Bandar Rimbayu, Shah Alam 2 and Seremban 2.
“Visitors will be able to check out the latest phases at each of these three developments.
“As a reputable developer with a good track record, we offer attractive packages to visitors at the fair such as easy ownership and flexible payment schemes so that they can own their dream home,” said IJM Land sales and marketing senior manager Susan Teh.

There will also be renowned names such as Sime Darby Property Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd, BBN Development Sdn Bhd, S P Setia Bhd, Tropicana Corp Bhd, Cyber Lake Sdn Bhd, Paramount Property, iWajib Group, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Agile PJD Development Sdn Bhd, CrystalVille Group and Kenwingston Group.
IOI Properties is another one of the developers who will be featuring a few of their latest projects, such as 16 Sierra in Puchong South and Warisan Puteri in Sepang.

The fair is being held at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya from 10am to 10pm. Admission to the fair is free.
