IT WAS a momentous affair for property developer Sinerjuta Sdn Bhd, associate company of Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd, as it signed a collaboration with Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) for its latest project, The Henge.
Maybank will be providing financial support in the form of a RM229mil bridging loan and RM400mil end-financing loan.
The gross development value of The Henge is approximately RM800mil.
This is not the first time Maybank has extended its financial support to Aset Kayamas.
The bank had also financed previous projects since 2014, making it a total of RM500mil in bridging loans and another RM500mil for end-financing loans, inclusive of The Henge.
Other developments include Residensi Pandanmas I, Residensi Pandanmas II, Residensi Sentulmas, Residensi Puchongmas as well as Residensi Kepongmas.
The continuous financial support from Maybank is a testament that the bank is confident in the property developer to successfully develop another residential project.
Nestled in the bustling district of Kepong, The Henge offers a combination of modern sophisticated living with comfort and convenience at a competitive price.
Phase 1 of The Henge had completely sold out its 736 units within the first two days of its launch; while another 736 units in Phase 2 will be launched on April 9 and 10 in conjunction with the showroom opening in Jalan Metro Perdana Barat, Kepong.
Following the overwhelming response to the first phase by home buyers and investors, Aset Kayamas is confident that the second phase will create another success story for the property developer and its group of associates, said Aset Kayamas Sdn Bhd project director Michael Chai.
“About 1,000 home buyers have showed interest in Phase 2. We are confident that at least 90%, if not all, will be sold this weekend,” Chai said.
Besides being a residential development, The Henge also offers a commercial district called The Henge Boulevard to accommodate the daily needs and convenience of its residents through its 35 units of exclusive multiple retail outlets.
On top of that, The Henge prides itself for the 48 relaxation facilities that it offers its residents.
“When we launched Phase 1, there were only 35 facilities.
“But since there was a demand for such facilities, we have increased from 35 to 48 on the main facilities floor, including the waiting area in the lobby,” revealed Chai, adding that home buyers who purchased units in the fourth tower would be presented with a breathtaking view of Metropolitan Lake.
Several major highways such as the Middle Ring Road 2, Duke Highway and Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), including the close proximity of a KTM station has made The Henge easily accessible, while travelling to Kuala Lumpur city centre as well as to popular districts such as Bandar Utama is much easier.
The same can be said for the proposed MRT2 project, which will provide residents of The Henge convenient access to nearby townships and business hubs.
Prices of units start from RM530,000, with two built-up areas of 1,100 sq ft and 1,300 sq ft. The Henge is slated for completion in 2019.
