PETALING JAYA: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd and its Australian partner Beulah International said their property development in Melbourne is almost sold out.
Paragon, touted to be the newest project to be launched in the heart of Melbourne, has seen 90% of its apartments snapped up during the start of the pre-launch campaign over the weekend.
The project features 220 luxury apartments and a first-of-its-kind elevated indoor urban forest, nestled high above the bustling city below.
Paragon’s architecture maximises views, allowing the majority of residences prized corner vistas while limiting density to between four and six residences per floor, and two penthouses occupying the topmost, 48th level.
Beulah International managing director Jiaheng Chan said the demand witnessed during the pre-launch weekend was astronomical and unprecedented in this market condition.
“The interest in Paragon is more than we could have expected during the weekend, but FKA and Paul Bangay have created something truly unique in an iconic location that resonates with the market.
“We are filling up a waiting list for the penthouses and many of the apartment types and levels which were completely taken up,” he said in statement.
Situated within the 48-level project, the three-storey high urban forest is a conservatory-like feature with a carefully composed selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces, complete with refined terrazzo pavers and outdoor seating zones.
Paragon will be the second project FKA and Beulah International have collaborated on, with the hugely successful Hallmark Ivanhoe project selling over 80% of apartments in the first two weeks.
