BDB Land Sdn Bhd will promote its 239 units of guarded landed properties to be developed in Sungai Petani, Kedah, at the forthcoming Star Property Fair 2015 in Queensbay Mall from Thursday to Sun-day.

The projects to be displayed are Sapphire, Ruby 2, Pearl and Breeze Lakehomes.

The Sapphire, comprising 38 semi-detached units, has built-up areas of 2,560sq ft.

The scheme, located close to the north and south exits of Sungai Petani, will be launched soon.

The Pearl is made up of 141 double-storey terrace houses with built-up areas of 2,250sq ft.

The Breeze Lakehomes development in Jitra is located near the Darulaman Golf & Country Club.

It has 20 bungalow units with built-up areas of 3,176sq ft and 3,320sq ft.

The project, surrounded by a lake and hills, is inspired by the traditional kampungconcept.

A wholly owned subsidiary of Bina Darulaman Berhad, BDB Land currently has an order book value of RM438mil.

It will continue to transform the property scene of Kedah with masterpieces that are complemented by lush recreational parks, infrastructures like mosques and police beats (both undertaken by the developer) and extensive facilities towards a better and secured living environment.

The company has been engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties, quarrying and road-paving work as well as building and general construction since 1983.
