Developer unveils four developments at one go
SHAH ALAM: Eco World Development Group Bhd, one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, has launched four new projects estimated at RM1bil across three sections of the country.
The EcoWorld’s Firsts campaign saw offerings of new properties, namely Eco Bloom in Penang, Eco Grandeur and Eco Ardence in the Klang Valley and Eco Business Park II in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.
To date, the Eco Grandeur project in Ijok has received the biggest response from prospective buyers, given its sheer size of mass development and affordable prices of the units.
“We still have many more projects to be launched and we look forward to bringing more innovative products that can further excite and delight our customers and followers in the near future,” he added.
Up north, an integrated high-rise commercial and residential tower will be developed and is targeted to cater especially first-time home buyers.
The tower known as Eco Bloom will be part of the larger Eco Meadows and situated in Simpat Ampat, Penang.
The residential component of Eco Bloom allows propsective buyers to choose from three different types of units, with prices commencing from RM388,000.
The 4.86-acre freehold project will comprise of a single tower with residential units split into two wings and two-storey retail lots situated below the residential tower.
Eco Bloom, which will be set amid the backdrop of English-inspired gardens in Penang mainland, is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of RM283mil.
As for the central region, Eco World introduced the 533-acre Eco Ardence in Shah Alam, which will be developed with a tinge of Japanese influence.
The project, clearly targeted for the high-end market, will offer luxurious semi-detached homes and bungalows to meet the needs of the high-income group.
Aeres, Eco Ardence’s first launch is offering semi-detached homes at price tags starting from RM1.3mil and bungalows from RM2.9mil.
The eco-township is projected to have a GDV of RM8.58bil.
Eco World has also introduced the Eco Grandeur, a modern integrated township in Ijok, Selangor with easy access to five major highways such as North-South Expressway and Guthrie Corridor Expressway, to name a few.
Eco Grandeur will be a 1,400-acre residential township, created within the embrace of Victorian-themed gardens.
The project’s first launch, the Graham Garden will consist of terraced homes priced below RM500,000 and is targeted for first-time affordable home buyers.
The fourth project under the Firsts Campaign is located in Iskandar Malaysia and is planned with small and medium enterprises (SME) in mind.
The Eco Business Park II is slated to be the largest freehold industrial hub in Flagship E of Iskandar Malaysia and is located in close proximity to major seaports, airports and highways.
The 383-acre development offers an array of industrial commercial products, namely Cluster Factory, Semi-Detached Factory and Customised Factory to suit the industrial need of market players.
The project is projected to have a GDV of RM3bil and offers an innovative flexi-space concept that brings together retail, office, showroom and factory into one single cluster.
