IT’S all about being niche, stylish and trendy for Symphony Life Bhd (formerly known as Bolton Bhd), one of the oldest property developers in Malaysia.
Evidence of this can be found in the company’s Twy duplex condominium project in Mont Kiara.
Located in the heart of Mont Kiara, the project with a gross development value of RM428mil offers 484 units of duplex condominiums that come in three layouts with built-up areas ranging from 662sq ft to 1385sq ft.
Symphony Life chief operating officer Stewart Tew said it had always been the company’s objective to incorporate fun and trendy themes in its projects to engage the interests of young buyers.
“We were quite careful when it came to this project as we wanted to come up with something the market wants. We’ve received an overwhelming response for Twy with an 80% take-up rate since its launch in December,” explained Tew.
The units will feature prominent double-height volume windows in the living area and a water podium that surrounds the building.
Besides that, Twy also features a self-cleaning pond near the infinity swimming pool, creating a small slice of nature for residents.
Other facilities includes floating decks, sky decks, hammock garden and a hanging gym.
The units will be fully fitted with fixtures from brands such as Bosch, Hansgrohe, Kohler, and Megaman.
“Twy is expected to be completed in 2019 and we’re confident that this will be an exciting addition to the skyline in Mont Kiara,” said Tew.
As Symphony Life celebrated their 50th anniversary last year, Twy also won the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016 for residential lifestyle developments.
The company’s other notable projects includes Elevia Residences, Tijani Raja Dewa and the trendy Star Residences in Kuala Lumpur.
Symphony Life is set to launch two other projects, one in Mont Kiara and another in Sunway South Quay, next year.
