FROM the makers of Dorsett, a global hotel brand, Dorsett Waterfront Subang by Mayland is here to offer occupiers the modern privilege of flexible lifestyle choices. Situated along Jalan SS12/1, Dorsett Waterfront Subang is uniquely nestled within nature, while allowing occupiers instant access to the heart of the Kuala Lumpur metropolis.
With the presence of an urban park and lake spanning 10 acres, it greatly softens the atmosphere of the bustling Cosmopolitan District in Subang. The balance between flora and fauna forms a peaceful and lively atmosphere which is an ideal scenario for habitable dwelling. The contemporary modern architecture language allows the development to further merge in with the surrounding context.
Dorsett Waterfront is constructed with reinforced concrete and ACC light-weight block and finished with decent white and grey colour paint. With highlighted portal frame feature incorporated into the façade design, it further breaks down and soften the impact of massive concrete block towards the surrounding.
The building’s façade is organised in a linear pattern, allowing an ordered appearance throughout the building. This consistency also unifies the 1,989 serviced suites within all three blocks, scaling it into a single architectural expression. To accommodate an expansive view of the surrounding landscape, the glass openings will be set at a comfortable proportion.
In addition to the natural attributes provisioned by the Subang Ria Recreational Park and Lake, Mayland Valiant Sdn Bhd is investing RM4mil to develop a landscaped podium of 100,000 sq ft, which would include several high-end facilities.
“The purpose of this substantial investment is to create spaces for residents to pursue active and quality lifestyle goals while interacting with each other, all within a safe and secure environment,” said Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Kevin Woo.
A total of 1,989 units are offered, with built up ranging from 399 to 570 sq ft. Unit layout comes with a choice of 11 designs, with prices starting from RM415,000. “If we look at the total density of 1,989 units, we have predominantly about 70% that are below RM600,000,” Woo explained.
"Towards this, I am happy to share that this project has secured over 350 bookings with an accumulative sales worth RM185 million, together with some 400 existing buyers during the project first launched seven years ago, bringing it up to over 750 bookings to date,” he said, adding that he is optimistic that the project will garner more sales before the commencement of piling work in November this year.
Located in the midst of a mature and thriving township, Dorsett Waterfront Subang neighbours hotel facilities, not considering its vicinity to popular shopping centres, recreational spots, medical centres, with ample options for primary, secondary and tertiary education.
Concerning connectivity, it also has direct access to a network of highways such as the New Pantai Expressway, the Subang-Kelana Jaya link, Konsortium Expressway Shah Alam Selangor (KESAS), and the Federal Highway.
Dorsett Waterfront also boasts of concierge services through its pairing with Dorsett Hospitality International, one of Asia’s fastest-growing hotel groups with a footprint in 15 cities worldwide.
The development is targeted to launch on Sept 6 and is estimated to be completed by Year 2023.
