PROPERTY developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd organised a carnival earlier this month to celebrate the completion of West Lake in its Tropicana Heights development in Kajang.
The lake is part of the 6.5ha park in the development.
More than 1,500 people turned up to enjoy the park’s environment as well as take part in activities organised by the developer.
Tropicana Corporation Bhd head of Marketing and Sales Ung Lay Ting said, “After months of hard work and careful planning with our dedicated team, we are finally pleased to unveil the West Lake of Tropicana Height’s 6.5ha Central Park. It’s great seeing people come together, families bonding and having fun at our Central Park. We are thrilled to receive such an encouraging response.
Hailed as the biggest park in Kajang, Central Park serves as the heart of Tropicana Heights.
It features a 750m linear lake, pedestrian walkways, jogging tracks, bicycle tracks and a recreational and commercial hub, all of which are complemented by beautiful landscaping and parkland views.
True to Tropicana’s eco-friendly vision, some of the area’s original trees have been retained and transplanted into the green area.
Tropicana Heights is linked to four major highways, Kajang Silk Highway (SILK), North-South Expressway, South Klang Valley Expressway and Kajang-Seremban Highway.
Situated 7km from Kajang and Semenyih, Tropicana Heights is surrounded by a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, healthcare, and educational facilities.
The upcoming Klang Valley MRT and KTM stations in Bandar Kajang, proposed flyover to Persiaran Bangi, and upgrading of bridge to four lanes connecting to Bandar Teknologi will also improve connectivity to the development.
