DEVELOPER UEM Sunrise Bhd recently completed the topping out for Verdi eco-dominiums, the high-rise component of its Symphony Hills project in Cyberjaya.
The ceremony signified the structural completion of the development in accordance with the project’s schedule.
Officially launched on May 18 and 19, 2013, Verdi eco-dominiums is the high-rise component of UEM Sunrise’s 40ha boutique development in Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya that offers innovative architectural design with a host of amenities and leisure facilities.
Based on a contemporary “Living in a Park” concept, Verdi blends elements of modernity and the natural environment, creating comfort and tranquillity for its residents.
Located on 3.7ha of freehold land, Verdi features two residential towers of 44 and 45 storeys, respectively, housing 800 units with built-up area ranging from 700 sq ft to 1,453 sq ft.
Priced between RM528,800 and RM1,187,800, the units come in four types — Type A comprising 240 one-bedroom units at 700 sq ft each; Type B/B2 comprising 320 two-bedroom units at 958/990 sq ft each; Type C comprising 80 units of 3+1 bedroom units at 1,389 sq ft each; and Type D/D1 comprising 160 units of 3+1 bedroom units at 1,442/1,453 sq ft each.
The topping out ceremony was led by UEM Sunrise managing director and chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, who was joined by chief operating officer (development) Datuk Roslan Ibrahim and project director (Central 2) Liong Kok Kit.
Also present were the main contractor, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, which was represented by managing director Foo Chek Lee and the civil and structural consultant for the project, Perunding Aziz, Azali & Tee Sdn Bhd, represented by director Datuk Tee Chai Seng.
“We are proud to reach this stage and look forward to the completion by the end of this year before handing over the keys to our purchasers.
“We hope residents will enjoy living here amidst the tranquil atmosphere combined with modern facilities,” Anwar Syahrin said while touring the development’s rooftop on the 45th floor.
Verdi is set within a gated-and- guarded smart community conceived with convenience, comfort and security in mind offering smart-home features and community connectivity through high-speed broadband.
Each unit is equipped with home automation controls such as lighting scenario, air-conditioning controls and an Info Kiosk, available via a video door phone.
Subject to the Green Building Index assessment and certification, 2.4ha of the overall footprint is reserved for landscaping and open area for a forest garden, cascading water features and several themed gardens.
