In the StarProperty.my March 2016 pullout that we had published today, we had quoted a report from WTW Research for our ‘Thriving Western Klang Valley’ story.

It has been highlighted to us that there have been some inaccuracies in the table of new launches sourced from WTW Research in today’s StarProperty.my pullout.

For IJM Land’s Bandar Rimbayu project, Penduline is selling at a minimum selling price from RM644,800 (launched this month), whilst Wisteria is selling from RM936,800 (current price in 2016) and RM881,800 when it was launched last year.

Due to different launching times, locations, scale of developments, and product specifications, the table may not reflect the true selling price or is not comparable from one developer to another.
