PETALING JAYA: Casa Inspirasi Sdn Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd’s (LBS) subsidiary, has entered into an agreement with the Pahang State Secretary Corporation to develop land at Genting Permai, Pahang, with a combined area of more than 300 acres.
LBS executive director Datuk Seri Lim Hock Sing signed the agreement on behalf of Casa Inspirasi, witnessed by Casa Inspirasi director Datuk Seri Wan Adnan Wan Mamat and LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
Datuk Seri Dr Sallehuddin Ishak signed on behalf of the Pahang State Secretary Corporation, witnessed by Pahang (development) deputy state secretary Datuk Razihan Adzharuddin.
Pahang chief minister Datuk Sri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail was also present at the signing ceremony that took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
LBS plans to develop the land into a mixed development project of serviced apartments, double-storey terrace houses, townhouses and bungalows with amenities such as schools and hospitals. Its new project in Genting Highlands follows the success of its Midhills serviced apartment launch in 2014.
“The development project in Genting Highlands marks our continuous effort to grow and expand our business activities. With its strategic location, and a fervent tourist hotspot with high visitor traffic, we are optimistic of our future Genting Highlands development which has great potential,” Hock San said.
“Like our carefully planned venture into the Genting region, we are constantly on the lookout for other development projects in other states if the right opportunity presents itself,” he added.
