PETALING JAYA: Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn Bhd, the developer of Bangsar Hill Park, has organised a twin launching of the Talisa condominium and a property gallery at the KL Gateway Mall. Bangsar Hill Park, a purely residential development in the fashion of high-rise urban resort living, is a collaboration between Sunsuria Bhd and Suez Capital.
The launch featured the unveiling of a show unit of Talisa and events such as a lion dance, property talks, Feng Shui seminar, Kokedama workshop and a petting zoo, to the delight of 800 who participated.
Located at Jalan Bukit Bangsar, Talisa was launched following the success of phase 1, the Verdura condominium which has achieved a 95% take-up rate. With the current launch of Block C of Talisa, a total of 392 units with sizes from 917 sq ft to 1,478 sq ft are being offered. Every unit comes with a balcony, while the master bathroom features a bathtub.
Some layouts offer ensuite bathrooms, while another layout features a versatile lanai for ease of transforming the space into a children's play area, study, or hobby room. With configurations of two bedrooms and up to three-plus-one bedrooms, the development is created to appeal to young professionals and young families between the ages of 20 and 40. Prioritising privacy, there are only eight units per floor in the 55-storey tower.
The facilities available include a semi-indoor Olympic-length pool, sauna, or a steam room, a floating platform overlooking the views of Bangsar and a co-working space. Wellness services will be made available as concierge services by Sunsuria Care and include nursing services, vital signs assessments, first aid assistance, medical equipment loan and health-related assistance.
Certified by GreenRE as a provisional silver rating development, Talisa incorporates energy and water-efficient measures, such as the provision of EV chargers, energy-efficient air-conditioners, the planting of drought-tolerant plants and uses green cement for its construction.
