PETALING JAYA – The ever blossoming Bandar Rimbayu township will soon add a number of new product offerings including the Oasis International School, Rimbayu Club Village as well as a new commercial and new residential phase of double-storey terraced homes. The International School is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Speaking at a media sharing session recently, IJM Land managing director Edward Chong announced that the company has signed an agreement with Oasis Enterprises to develop an international school campus within the large green township while Oasis International School Malaysia managing director Ben Hale explained, “We will offer an innovative academic model which offers a wide variety of curricular and co-curricular programs taught by world-class American educators.”
“We believe that the highest standard of education will be made available to both residents and the public at large living nearby who desire a quality education that will put our children and the future generation enrolled in good stead,” Ben added.
In addition to the school the township has also seen positive response for its new commercial project consisting 48 units of shop offices. The developer looks to replicate its success by launching a second phase of its commercial component offering 88 shop offices by the end of the year.
Aside from that, property buyers will be thrilled to know that the developer will launch individual titled, double-storey homes planned to sell at a targeted selling price of under RM700,000.
