PETALING JAYA: The latest phase of Balau Homes in Mutiara Hills, developed by Boustead Properties Bhd has achieved a 70% take-up rate since being launched in May 2023.
Phase 1B comprises 90 units of freehold and individual titled double-storey linked homes in Mutiara Hill township in Semenyih. The township is surrounded by the panoramic Titiwangsa Range and Broga Hill and is accessible via Lekas, Cheras-Kajang Highway and Sungai Besi Expressway, providing convenient links to Kajang, Bangi, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Seri Kembangan, Bukit Jalil and Puchong.

In line with the developer’s focus on environment, social and governance (ESG) principles, Mutiara Hills township obtained a provisional GreenRE certification in 2021 and has completed a preliminary biodiversity assessment, in preparation to commence its river park conservation and preservation initiatives by the end of 2023.
