PETALING JAYA: A good response turned up for the launch of the Casa Embun Phase 2 as well as Avaland’s Cybersouth Carnival at the Cybersouth Sales Village.
Comprising 505 units of serviced apartments with sizes ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,541 sq ft in two distinct layouts of two bedrooms and one bath or three bedrooms and two baths, Phase 2 of Casa Embun has a gross development value of RM202mil. The developer, Avaland Bhd, formerly known as MCT Bhd, launched the first phase in January 2022 and it achieved an 85% take-up rate within the first twelve months.
