As ancient Chinese discipline that exists for thousands of years, Feng Shui remains a mysterious subject that is also highly interwoven into our daily lives. Getting the right answer is crucial to align the Feng Shui in our home and our life. This week, Soleil Trinity Resource founder Jessie Lee answers queries regarding Feng Shui.
Q: Is it true that in Feng Shui, one's burial site is more important than the house location?
A:When it comes to luck, in Chinese metaphysics our destiny is not fixed. What is fated in our life is just one third of our life which is our karma or DNA. We can't choose our parents, gender, environment we are born into. These are some of the pre-fixed elements and passed down from DNA. This is where the burial Feng Shui comes in.
The rest two thirds of our life depends on our choices. It is entirely up to us to choose to be where and how we are born or move to a new country and change our lives. Different environment will harness different Qi.
Burial Feng Shui is not necessarily more important than life. Our current property gives us opportunities for our lives at the present. If you are looking to improve your life now, there is no need to look into burial Feng Shui. Instead, it would be better to prioritise and focus on house Feng Shui.
