PETALING JAYA: With the recent topping out ceremony, property developer Agile International's 64-storey serviced apartment located at Embassy Row has claimed the honour of being the tallest residential tower at Jalan Ampang.
Named Agile Embassy Garden, it is the developer’s first wholly-operated project since venturing to Malaysia in 2014. Agile International is owned by Agile Group from China.
"With the opening of borders in many countries since last year and our focus on the local market strategy, we are confident that our sales will soon return to normal, and our project's cash flow is stronger than ever before," said its chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai. "Without the hard work and support of our sales team and agency partners over the past two years, we would not have been able to achieve sales during difficult times."
CNQC (South Pacific) Holding Pte Ltd chief executive officer Zhu Wen Bo said they were honoured to take part in the project as its main contractor and thus gained visibility in Malaysia.
Agile Embassy Garden has a total development value of RM1.8bil and offers 1,296 serviced apartment units in three towers. Residents can enjoy the views of landmarks such as the Petronas Twin Towers, TRX and the Royal Selangor Golf Club. When fully completed, there will be a sky bar that could potentially be the city’s highest.
