PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property has achieved 98% take-up for Elmina Ridge 1 stage 2, reflecting homebuyers’ confidence in the developer. The latest phase offers 106 units of superlink and semi-detached homes with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM171.3mil.
A modern biophilic home, Elmina Ridge 1 incorporates spacious living areas, an indoor skylight planting area, and sustainable features such as readily fitted solar panels and batteries, EV isolator point and thermal roof insulation.
Township development chief operating officer Appollo Leong said the positive reception reflects homebuyers’ trust in the brand.
