PR1MA makes quality and accessible homes
This year, PR1MA Corporation Malaysia (PRIMA) has again won the StarProperty Awards 2024 Real Estate Edition, bagging the Government Assisted Homes Award for six of its developments. Continuing the winning streak since 2023, PR1MA has secured a total of 13 recognitions, testifying to its commitment to developing conducive and quality homes for middle-income (M40) Malaysians.

PR1MA also employs several internal assessment systems such as the PR1MA Quality in Construction Check (PQUICK), PR1MA Environmental Plus Safety Inspection (PEPSI), PR1MA Workmanship Assessment System (PWAS) and PR1MA Mock-up Unit Inspection (PMUI). These approaches enable a systematic and structured way of managing quality throughout the stages of product development and the entire construction lifecycle.
