For example, the vent blocks used in the building’s façade are inspired by traditional designs often found in Melaka’s heritage architecture. The vent blocks allow light and air to flow freely through the structure, creating a unique play of light and shadow within communal spaces. This feature combines cultural authenticity with eco-friendly design principles, reinforcing the connection to local heritage and promoting energy efficiency.

However, it is the attention given to intertwining comfort with sustainability features that makes Residensi Cove unique and at the forefront of residential vacation development.
Passive design was embedded with large floor-to-ceiling windows and strategically positioned balconies, ensuring that residents can take full advantage of natural airflow, which helps cool the building and maintain indoor comfort.
