Jones Lang Wootton has been appointed to manage the sale by open tender and has prepared a detailed information memorandum for distribution on the exercise. The parcel of land is located in the vicinity of amenities including the Bayuemas Indoor Bowls Stadium, the Bayuemas Oval Cricket Stadium, schools, a mosque and shopping facilities.
The property is directly accessible from the Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS Highway) exit. It is located eight minutes away from Bandar Bukit Tinggi, and approximately 10 minutes away from the Klang town city centre.
