PETALING JAYA: Putrajaya was a whirlwind of activity on Nov 26 2017 as members of the media raced the city in a bid to win cash prizes totalling RM10,000.
Hosted by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd, the inaugural PjH Explorace 2017 combined elements of reality TV series The Amazing Race and a treasure hunt to provide a thrilling avenue for the participants, who also included local celebrity and PjHomes Brand Ambassador Noor Neelofa and selected residents, to get acquainted with the city.
“As an integrated cosmopolitan city, Putrajaya has so much to offer. The PjH Explorace gives the media, in particular, a chance to explore the place and PjHomes properties and have a fun and thrilling experience,” said Putrajaya Holdings general manager of marketing and commercial division Puan Sabariah Ramli in a statement.
A total of 20 teams, each comprising four team members, took part in the event. The PjH Explorace route took the teams to various famous landmarks and development projects around the city as well as a host of residential enclaves.
At each of these stops, the participants were required to complete specific tasks, which included answering questions based on general knowledge and the respective properties, snapping selfies and taking on a variety of food tasting and physical challenges.
”Putrajaya is a dynamic city. Designed to be green and intelligent, it’s a great place to work, play and living! You get all the modern conveniences surrounded by lots of landscaped greenery,” added Sabariah.
PjH Brand Ambassador Neelofa agreed, stating that “I am always amazed at the never-ending surprises that Putrajaya continues to reveal. The city has everything that anybody would need, whether a young professional, a family or even retirees.”
