PETALING JAYA: Embarking on a new home marks the beginning of a fresh life journey. With this sentiment in mind, the upcoming three-day StarProperty Fair is dedicated to offering prospective homebuyers the opportunity to explore the great projects presented by nine participating property developers.
Held at Hall 3, Level 5 (Pink Zone) Pavilion Bukit Jalil from Nov 3 to 5, 2023, the fair will run from 11am to 9pm. Among the reputable property developers displaying their projects are Avaland Bhd, Chin Hin Group Bhd, Grande Peak Properties Development Sdn Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, KL Wellness City (H) Sdn Bhd, Malton Bhd, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS), Platinum Victory and Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd.
A whole plethora of property developments ranging from landed properties to high-rise condominiums and serviced apartments. Offering a wide scope of choices to first-time home buyers as well as those seeking fresh investment opportunities. These homes offer a variety of designs to suit a multitude of lifestyle options.
Ranging from mid-range to high-end units, there is something for everyone. In addition, many of the participating developers will be offering their own promotions for their projects during the event.
To entertain children, there will be a clown appearance from 12pm to 2pm, 3pm to 5pm and 6pm to 8pm on both days.
Among the additional activities are the property talks conducted on Nov 4 and 5, 2023, to educate potential buyers and members of the public. The first session on Nov 4 will be focused on Dispute resolution(s) involving Strata title property. It will be presented by A Chong & Co founder and lawyer Alfred Chong. The session will take place from 2pm to 3pm.
Feng shui consultant Henry Fong will present the following session, titled Feng Shui Must-Know Before You Purchase Your Dream Home. The session will take place from 3pm to 4pm. Up next will be Creating Your Dream Home: A Guideline for First-Time Home Buyers by Interspace founder Calvin Kong from 4pm to 5pm.
The session titled The Importance of Having a Will by Rockwills Presidency Award champion Chong Mok Yong will take place from 2pm to 3pm on Nov 5.
The next session, titled Winning The Real Estate Game: Insiders Tips for Property Buyers, will be conducted by Wealth Momentum Sdn Bhd managing director Ivan Kok. The session is scheduled from 3pm to 4pm.
The final session, from 4pm to 5pm, on Your Guide To Maximising Mortgage Approval and Rates Successfully will be presented by Diligent Planners founder Vince Chia.
There will be Early Bird giveaways to the first 100 visitors. Up for grabs are portable neck fans and Kyochon vouchers for those who answer a few simple questions at the StarProperty counter.
On Nov 4 and 5, visitors can gain extra prizes with the Answer & Win contest. There will be three draws each day. Just fill in a question and answer slip from 12pm to 2pm for the 2pm draw, 3pm to 5pm for the 5pm draw and 6pm to 8pm for the 8pm draw.
There are 12 JBL Endurance Race TWS earbuds worth RM469 each to be won. Additional RM100 vouchers for the adjoining Megahome Expo will also be given to 15 consolation winners. The winners will be announced at the StarProperty counter during the designated times that have been allocated for the draw.
There are also free popcorn and ice cream to be had for visitors who scan the QR code and fill in a short survey at the StarProperty counter.
For home buyers, the Buy & Win is offering prizes worth more than RM5,000. All they need to do is place a booking for the unit of their choice at any exhibitor’s booths, submit a copy of the Sales Order Form, proof of payment (receipt) and photocopy IC of the purchaser(s) at the StarProperty counter. Prizes include electrical items, gift cards and shopping vouchers.
