Kota Kemuning: Tropicana Corporation Bhd unveiled two brand new show houses for its third and latest residential phase, Cheria Residences located at the desirable Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning, an 863-acre wholesome township.

Tropicana executive director of marketing & sales Ung Lay Ting said, “This year is especially exciting for Tropicana Aman as we are on track to hand over two residential phases of linked houses, namely Arahsia Residences and Bayan Residences before the end of the year.

“The momentum of the successful take-up in Tropicana Aman has continued with the very encouraging response to Cheria Residences, the township’s first phase of semi-detached houses and the first commercial phase, Sinaria Investment-Grade Shop Offices.”

The homes showcased within this phase offer spacious interiors, giving residents the freedom of customising each and every nook of their individual homes.

Sited on 38.5 acres of land, Cheria Residences comprises spacious double-storey semi-detached homes ranging from 3,200 to 3,670 square feet with wide porches that can fit three cars side-by-side.

Future residents of this gated and guarded precinct will get to enjoy the 4.73 acre linear garden, a three-km pedestrian and jogging track and dedicated community hall.

“To date, we have seen an encouraging take-up of 80% for Cheria Residences. With the opening of the two show houses, we are proud to offer an insight to the contemporary family living space to home buyers.

Ung explains, “In the grandiose Type A 40’ x 85’ unit, the sweeping lines and glamourous metallics provides character to the home.

“The dual frontage show house is specially crafted for families who inspire to dwell within luxurious interiors whilst enjoying scenic views.

Strong and bold colors are some of the design cues used to drape the walls of the homes featured within the Cheria Residences show gallery.

Meanwhile, for the Type B 38’ x 80’ unit, the earthy tones together with furnishings of vibrant colours makes it a tropical oasis. The home is designed as a retreat with the outdoors acting as an extension of the indoors.”

Tropicana Aman with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM 13 billion is designed as a walking and biking community where one can enjoy the convenience of vibrant commercial hubs within the township, all anchored by 85 acres of Central Park.

The Central Park will have a seven-km walking and biking trail with accessibility via 10 link bridges and 17 beautiful pavilions surrounding the lake.

To cater to the needs of the community, the Tenby International School which is located on a 10 acre site in the township will have a capacity of 1,800 for students and is expected to have its first intake in September 2018.

Speaking about the developments in the pipeline for Tropicana Aman, Ung said, “In the coming months, Tropicana Aman will see its very first phase of modern zero-lot bungalows and bungalows.

“In addition to that, an exciting phase of urban high-rise residential homes at affordable prices is slated to be launched later this year.

These two phases will attract a wider demographic of home buyers and investors, further adding to the vibrancy of Tropicana Aman.”
