When selling a property, homeowners commonly face difficulties in choosing a suitable real estate agent, which is critical in closing a deal.

“Research shows that 89% of the property transacted are sold by real estate agents. The market is getting crowded with agents every single day, but only a handful of agents are performing,” said Raphael.
Raphael explained, “To understand the current market condition, property sellers should take advantage of the disadvantages present.”
“It is important to understand that the current market status is an overhang and the availability of many ‘similar’ properties have resulted in difficulty to achieve a successful deal.
“I would like to share how one could differentiate between the performance of an outstanding real estate agent and a typical one,” he said.
Moreover, Raphael will be giving a few points on selecting the right property agents in order to sell properties within a shorter time frame without compromising the true potential value of a property.
“An experienced property agent would know how to advise property sellers and has a proven and successful way to sell their properties effectively,” he concluded.
Furthermore, Joshua Kang from Canaan Building Inspection & Rectification Services will talk about “Is building defects inspection essential for your new house?”, while Stephen Chin from Environology dot com Sdn Bhd will speak on “Feng Shui tips for selecting the right home.”
Property speaker Aziz Ahmad will talk about “Why you need to stay on the transit system” while Vicky How from Propedia Consultancy will share her insights on “7 Killer Ways to Increase Your Commercial Property Value”.
Moreover, Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents MIEA past president Siva Shanker will talk about “2017 and Beyond – What’s Hot & What’s Not” while Agnes Wong from Syarikat Ong Group of Companies will host a talk titled “How to maximise returns on your property investment through tax optimisation”.
Ivan Chong from Widebed Sdn Bhd will also be present to talk about “The Upcoming Booming Hospitality Industry – Real Estate + Tourism”.
