CONNECTIVITY and accessibility are important factors to consider when it comes to choosing property.
In the upcoming StarProperty.my roadshow, speaker Aziz Ahmad will be talking about the importance of connectivity in the Greater Kuala Lumpur transit system in the next decade.

The roadshow, which starts today, is being held at Atria Shopping Gallery, Petaling Jaya, from 10 am to 10 pm.
In addition, Joshua Kang from Canaan Building Inspection & Rectification Services will speak on “Is building defects inspection essential for your new house?”, while Stephen Chin from Environology dot com Sdn Bhd will speak on “Feng Shui tips for selecting the right home.”
Meanwhile, Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) past president Siva Shanker will talk about “2017 and Beyond – What’s Hot & What’s Not”, Agnes Wong from Syarikat Ong Group of Companies will speak on “How to maximise returns on your property investment through tax optimisation” and real estate coach Raphael Wong will present “Five Tips on How To Sell Your Property Fast By Choosing The Right Real Estate Agent”.
Ivan Chong from Widebed Sdn Bhd will talk about “The Upcoming Booming Hospitality Industry – Real Estate + Tourism”.
